AI Technology Disclosure: Our platform provides enhanced user interfaces built on top of various AI models including Pollinations AI and other third-party AI services. We are an independent service and not affiliated with underlying AI model providers.
Users may access basic AI image generation features without charge, subject to daily usage limits. No payment or credit card information is required for free tier.
Users may purchase credits for access to premium features and advanced AI models. Credits are sold as one-time purchases and do not expire. All sales are final.

All payments are processed through Creem as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase credits, you are entering into a separate agreement with Creem for payment processing services.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
AI model availability and quality may vary based on third-party AI service performance. We are not responsible for temporary outages or degraded performance of underlying AI models.
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall PerchanceAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PerchanceAI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
