At Perchance AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Perchance AI Image Generator subscription. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
• You have not exceeded the fair usage limits during the refund period
• This is your first refund request for this subscription

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at perchanceaiimage@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Order number or transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

We will process your request within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
• Payments for additional credits or features beyond the standard subscription
• Accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
